Cramps / Timmerlu (3)

Many of us have experienced these cramps when we sit or stand in same position for a long time

  • just sprinkle some water and slightly massage
  • regularly try to do simple exercise jst holding your hands , twisting them from left to right and right to left , turn around , You can also do the same for your foot also.
  • Drink Glucose water by adding a pinch of salt  to it.
